Extended Producer Responsibility is directly under the control of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) which makes compulsory obligations to Brand-owners, Producers, and Importers. This extended producer responsibility consists of guidelines provided by CPCB, in which these entities have the responsibility of recycling the plastic waste generated by them.

Step 2: Collection of Waste through an authorized waste management agency

Step 3: Collection & Aggregation of Relevant Documents

Step 4: Quarterly Report Submission to CPCB

Step 5: Submission of Annual Report on Extended Producers Responsibility Liability Fulfillment.
