Established in 1969, The Shakti Plastics Industries is a Mumbai based company that recycles all types of plastic waste, and one of the leading recyclers of polymer waste in India. Established by Mr. Vishwanath Poddar, the company has been built over a legacy of 3 generations, spearheaded by leaders who have shown relentless passion and responsibility towards building and sustaining a clean and safe environment for our future generations as well as for the Mother Earth.

Owning a total of 20 Acres land, consisting of 7 Acres land in use with factory sheds and 13 Acres of land for future expansion. Our factory is equipped with continuous Electricity supply on 33KV Express Feeder heavy line with energy supply of 2500HP for factory and four Bore wells for uninterrupted water supply. Our factory is built along National Highway No.48 (Mumbai – Delhi), close to Tarapur, Wada, Palghar and Bhiwandi, making transportation easy for our partners.

Our facility boasts of infrastructure designed to manufacture eco-friendly products from recycled material.

We are registered recycler and recycle all grades of plastic namely pp, hdpe, ldpe, abs, hips, ps, nylon, etc. THE SHAKTI PLASTIC INDUSTRIES is the only company to recycle all TYPES OF polymers under one roof. Also we process post-industrial as well as post-consumer plastic waste.

POLYPROPYLENE
Co-Polymers, Homo Polymer, Raffia Grade, Extrusion Grade, BOPP
Available in all Colors/Black/White/Natural/All Range
Can be used for mostly all applications like Household, appliances, sheets, compounding, automobiles, mats, chairs, crates, sheets, disposable etc.

HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE INJECTION MOLDING

  • Crate Grade – Colors, Regrind next to Virgin can be directly used for molding
  • Household Material – All coloured granules and regrinds.

HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE BLOW GRADES

  • For film – Off grade, Loose in Jumbo bags, Recycled Granules in all colors and many quality material manufactured from plant waste/consumer waste all colors and quality.
  • For Pipe & Drum – Regrind of P100/P80/P63 and Drum 100ltr & 200ltr available in Black & Blue.

We also supply Granules in White/Black/Blue quality recycled material for Pipes.

LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE

  • Film grades – Talpatri, carry bags, packaging,

  • LDPE regrinds for water tanks in all colours

It is used in automobiles, gift items, compounding sheets, toys, appliances etc.
We even do compounding in abs like alloys.
We have white, black and all colours granules.
We even have regrinds in ABS.

HIPS & PS
We supply plant waste HIPS/PS virgin off grade/loose good quality material

HIPS Black and Grey for Sheet and products

NYLON

Glass Filled 15%,25%,30% in black and grey

We do import materials like hdpe, pp, ars and ldpe in forms like Granules, Regrinds, Aglo, etc We also import Regrind, Recycled Granules, Loose Plant Sweep & Off grade material.

In regrind we buy:- LDPE Pipe regrind, Roto Regrind, ABS Automobile Regrind, HDPE Bottle, PPCP Buckets, LDPE Molding, HDPE Pipe regrind, HDPE Crates regrind, PPCP Battery regrind.

We export Plastic granules and compounded plastic to various countries. We are having an excellent export network across the globe because of our strength in quality of granules. We do export following materials to different countries.
